Use: this contract describes the general terms and conditions applicable to the use of the services offered by "Amicasa". Any person (hereinafter "User") who wishes to access and/or use the site or the services offered may do so subject to the respective General Terms and Conditions, together with all other policies and principles that govern AMICASA and that are incorporated herein. by reference. By registering as a user on AMICASA, you are agreeing to this Agreement and all other rules, including, but not limited to, those described in the following sections and subsections. In addition; The user agrees not to misuse our service for prohibited, immoral or illegal purposes. If you violate any law, rule or regulation, we reserve the right to suspend or delete your account at will. The following is a general summary of your responsibilities as a "Amicasa" user:
Registration: At the time of registration, we only require basic information from the user; However, we will need more detailed information later. The user must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
Use of the Website: By using our website, the user accepts and is subject to all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations (including, but not limited to, all South Korean postal regulations and those established by jurisdictions foreigners and courier services).
Security: The User undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of their Security Key. Your account is personal, unique and non-transferable and the user agrees to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of it, as well as entry by unauthorized third parties.
Account cancellation request: The user may cancel their account at any time as long as they have no pending transactions, shipments "on the way", etc.
Inappropriate purchases / prohibited items: By using our service, the user is subject to any regulations that list those products that are unacceptable (and therefore cannot be shipped). Goods will not be shipped if: they are classified as dangerous, prohibited or restricted by IATA (International Air Transport Association), ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) or any other relevant organization; or in the event that it is not possible to ship the product safely or legally. If we receive products that we cannot ship, we will contact you immediately. We have the right to reject any product that we consider inappropriate, even if it is legal.
We are not responsible for these items. If your assets are seized or confiscated, we are not obligated to offer you a refund or compensate you in any way. Prohibited items vary from country to country. These products include (but are not limited to) the following: alcohol and coffee, animal and agricultural, fuel and flammable, currency, dry ice, electronic cigarettes, gasoline, hate propaganda, hazardous materials, ivory, medications, motor vehicles, perfumes and colognes, perishable food, pirated or counterfeit goods, pornography, pressurized cans, tobacco, vitamins and supplements, weapons and their parts, among others.
Obligations of the Company: The company undertakes to provide the service for which it was contracted by the user. Its responsibility is to receive, store and dispatch the products that the user (product owner) sends to the company's address.
The company is not responsible for the poor condition of the products when they have arrived in that condition at the warehouse. Likewise, it is not the company's responsibility to verify the contents of the packages or the condition of the products, unless the customer requests it and pays the corresponding fee for that service. The company is not responsible for shortages or surpluses in your orders.
The company undertakes to store and take care of user packages until the user requests the shipment of their products. There are limitations on how long a package can remain in storage.
The company undertakes to take care of the information provided by the user according to the terms of the privacy policy.
Obligations of the user: Some user obligations are:
1) The user agrees to provide the necessary information so that the company can provide the service. Said information must be true, accurate and exact. The company is not responsible for any problems or delays that occur as a result of a user error or omission.
2) The user agrees to inform the company about the packages that arrived at their address prior to their arrival at the warehouse. In particular, it undertakes to detail the content, value, tracking numbers and other data to facilitate their identification.
3) The user agrees to pay the shipping value within 7 days after receiving the quote. Once this term has expired without payment having been made, you must request a quote again or pay any difference in the rate resulting from the time elapsed.
4) The user must refrain from making illegal or fraudulent purchases, as well as engaging in any practice or act that may harm the company.
5) The user must enter their packages with all the necessary information to identify them in their account on the amicasa.co.kr website, before they arrive at our warehouse or, failing that, within 48 hours.
This statement is not exhaustive and may be modified by the company at any time.
OUR SERVICES
We reserve the right to change our services, processes and rates at any time by making the modified terms public on the Site. The following is a general summary of AMICASA's service offerings, our obligations and the responsibilities related to the use of these services that users must attend to:
● Mailbox service:
-The packages and mail that the user sends us will only be admitted if they have previously been entered into their personal account on our website.
-Upon receiving your package, we collect all information necessary to accurately identify and ship your products. If necessary, we will physically open and inspect the package.
-Packages that have not been registered in the system by the user will be stored for 30 days. If, within said term, the user requests late registration, a charge of $5 will be charged for the search and status update service. Once this period has expired, unclaimed packages will be discarded without further processing.
-We are not responsible if the items received do not match those ordered or if all or any of them are affected by defects inherent to their production at any of its stages. Likewise, a package is not our responsibility until it is received by our warehouse staff. If it is lost in transit to our facility, there is nothing we can do. In these cases, the user must contact the retailer, sender or carrier.
-We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from force majeure (embargo, plane crashes, wars, civil commotions, etc.) and natural disasters (or "acts of God") such as fires, hurricanes, floods, storms, etc. .
● Storage: We will store your package(s) free of charge for up to 30 days. After this period, storage of your package will cost 0.5USD per day. We are not responsible for the loss, deterioration, wear or disappearance of your package when it has remained in our warehouse for more than 120 days without the user having requested shipping or paying for the warehouse. After 180 days we will liquidate the content without prior notice to the user. The storage limit is cumulative and applies to consolidated packages as well. The mentioned cycles are not reset after repackaging your products.
● Repackaging/Consolidation: If you request repackaging, we will consolidate all contents of selected packages into one box to save space (and shipping costs). Generally, we eliminate all complementary information: delivery notes, additional packaging, etc. Once a repack has been completed, requests for additional repackaging will be rejected.
● shipping: After the user pays the shipping costs, their package(s) will be shipped. Although we offer a variety of shipping options (Express, Priority and Ocean), we reserve the right to add, change or cancel any shipping method and/or courier service when necessary. If for some reason the service chosen by the user cannot be used, a similar option from another provider will be sought (if we cannot find a similar service, we will contact the user).
● Shopping service: If a user cannot complete a transaction, we can purchase products on their behalf. The fees to be paid are detailed in the pricing section. We do not purchase the products until after the user pays their full price. In the event that the cost of the ordered products is modified at the time of purchase, we will contact the user via email/whatsapp to request payment of the difference.
● Product photographs and inspection: If the user requests it, we can take photographs of the contents of their packages. Fees will apply at a rate of $2USD per product photo.
General disposition
Insurance and Claims: Excluding local courier services, all outbound shipments carry basic insurance. The amount refunded depends on the designated carrier's policy. Each user has the opportunity to purchase additional insurance; Exact costs vary by carrier.
If a package, or item, is lost or damaged within our facilities, we will work with users to cover the full cost (and assume full responsibility unless we can prove that the loss/damage/deterioration is not due to the negligence of our part).
If an incoming shipment appears to be damaged, we will notify you immediately. This is something that the user will have to resolve with the carrier and/or shipper individually.
Customer Service: Our customer service team can help you with any user problems regarding your packages, items, shipments, etc. We will usually respond within 48 hours unless your inquiry is sent over the weekend or on Friday (due to time difference). You can be contacted through the communication channels available on our website.
LEGAL MATTERS
By registering and using AMICASA, users acknowledge that they will comply with the following guidelines in regards to any legal or moral issues that may arise:
Legal actions: The user agrees not to initiate any legal action against our company, which is related to - or arises from - our services, without first: notifying us by certified mail or by a national express courier service, about your intentions, describing the facts and regulations applicable to the problem; and trying to collaborate with us to resolve the conflict for a period of no less than 40 days. Any disagreement will be governed by the applicable law in the Korea, Republic of.
Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising under the terms described above will be governed by the applicable laws based on the company's domicile. That is, the laws and processes of South Korea will apply.
Indemnification: The user accepts that he is responsible and will hold harmless AMICASA - as well as its subsidiaries, controlled and/or controlling companies, officers, directors, successors, administrators, representatives and employees - for any claim, action for damages, compensation, interests , fines, sanctions, and/or any other costs that may arise in the following cases: any omission, negligence, inaccuracy, etc., on your part; our preparation, determination or execution of documents, including airway bills or any other documents necessary for transportation, except in the case of claims arising solely from the gross negligence or intentional misconduct of our company; that provides false or inaccurate information or documentation; your failure to comply with the terms of laws applicable to the export or import of shipments.
Liability: All claims for damage or loss of goods that were handled at our facility (and serviced through our shipping methods) must be made within 3 days of the delivery date. After 3 days we are exempt from any responsibility. We are not responsible for any penalties, losses or damages incurred due to your goods (or related documents) being seized by customs or other authorities.
Disclaimer of warranties: We reserve the right to suspend our services at any time.
Import/Export Compliance – Customs Declarations and Values: It is the responsibility of users to ensure that the value of a product is correct within our website. We are responsible for complying with all applicable export laws, rules and regulations in South Korea. As the owner of the shipped products, the user is responsible for observing the import laws of his or her country. The user agrees to provide all information and documentation necessary to comply with applicable laws, rules and/or regulations related to import/export regulations.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy establishes the terms in which "Amicasa" uses and protects the information that is provided by its users when using its website. Amicasa is committed to the security of its users' data. When we ask you to fill out personal information fields with which you can be identified, we do so ensuring that it will only be used in accordance with the terms of this document. However, this Privacy Policy may change over time or be updated, so we recommend that you continually review this page to ensure that you agree to such changes.

Amicasa may collect personal information, for example: Name, contact information such as your email address, number. Telephone number, country of residence. Likewise, when necessary, specific information may be required to process an order or make a delivery or billing. By using Amicasa services, the user expressly agrees to this privacy policy and undertakes to provide all the data necessary to provide the service.

Amicasa will use the information provided by the user in order to provide the best possible service, particularly to maintain a registry of users, orders, shipments, dispatch notification, complete customs clearance processes and improve or expand our services. Amicasa may periodically send you emails through our site with special offers, new products and other advertising information that we consider relevant to you or that may provide you with some benefit, these emails will be sent to the address you provide and may be canceled at any time.
Amicasa is committed to keeping your information secure and confidential. The information that the user provides will not be revealed under any circumstances, except for the exceptions specified below or those determined by law.
Amicasa may transfer the personal information provided by the user in the following cases:
1) To make or receive a shipment on behalf of the user.
2) To process customs clearance on behalf of the user.
3) To make purchases on behalf of the user, in cases where the client requires it.
4) To verify the user's identity if necessary.
5) Other special cases in which it is necessary to transfer user information to a third party.

Our website includes links to other sites that may be of interest to you. Once you click on these links and leave our page, we no longer have control over the site to which you are redirected and therefore we are not responsible for the terms or privacy or the protection of your data on those other sites. Storage of your personal information
Amicasa will receive and store the information voluntarily provided by the user in its database permanently until the user requests the deletion of their account from our system.
Control of your personal information
The user has the right to modify or delete the information they have provided to Amicasa. The user can, at any time, unsubscribe from our email list. Amicasa will not sell, transfer or distribute the personal information that is collected through the forms on our page, except for the exceptions determined by law.
Store Policy
Amicasa Store is an online shopping market created and operated by Amicasa. To access our online mall, users need to sign up first on amicasa.co.kr. When you make a purchase in the Amicasa Store, a package will be created in your profile as pending and will be processed like any other packages you have at our warehouse. Packages bought at Amicasa Store must be shipped to international addresses. Shipment requests to Korean addresses will be rejected.
Prices
All prices in the Amicasa Store are expressed in USD unless otherwise stated and include a PayPal fee. We reserve the right to change and adjust prices.
Payments
All payments must be made through PayPal.
Storage
Products from the Amicasa Store do not incur storage fees up to a maximum of 4 months. Such a deadline is non-extendable, and once expired, the undelivered packages will be discarded without prior notice.
Refunds
Refunds will only be accepted under the following circumstances: When requested within 24 hours following the purchase. If products are out of stock, missing, damaged, or shipped to the wrong address.
Products
All products displayed in the Amicasa Store are original and 100% official. Actual products might be slightly different in color and shape from the ones shown in the pictures. Because of the nature of some products, there may be fine scratches, which are not defective.
Amicasa is not responsible for any defective or non-defective items.
Amicasa reserves the right to change the terms of this Privacy policy at any time.
