Amicasa's Optional Shipping Insurance

What is AmiSafe?

It is an optional insurance that compensates you with store credit (AmiPoints) if your box is declared lost by the shipping company. It gives you complete peace of mind during shipping.

💵 How much does it cost?

The cost is only $5 USD per box. You must select it individually for each box you want to insure at the time of requesting shipment.

Coverage Details

✅ What is covered?

  • Permanent loss of the shipment confirmed by UPS, DHL, or EMS.
  • Compensation in AmiPoints for the shipping cost (up to $400 USD).

❌ What is NOT covered?

  • Damages, delays, or theft after delivery.
  • Packages marked as "delivered".
  • Customs holds or clearance issues.
  • Incorrect shipping addresses.
  • Packages returned to sender.

📋 Claim Process

  1. Submit the claim: Contact us within 90 days from the last package scan.
  2. Investigation: We will contact the shipping company to start an official investigation.
  3. Confirmation & Compensation: Once the carrier confirms the loss, we will credit the AmiPoints to your account within 10 business days.
